hi Yomma,

Thank You for the help....

i changed the password a year back, and now i am not able to login.

i tried

admin admin
admin 1234
Afaq_Shamel Stccpe_2009,2007...

only user user is being accepted.

so can you help me in resetting the password so that i can log in to the modem. as i tried resetting the modem but its not letting me in with those default usernames and passwords. please help me in this matter

you can reset your modem hard, you will find small hall in the back of the router called reset press it using pin and keep pressing for 15 seconds till the modem restart it self and you will be able to access it by the default user name and password.
User Name = Afaq_Shamel
Password = Stccpe_2009 or 2007
